. The purpose of the Cooperative is to promote the financial and professional interests of the Partners

. In order to become a member of the Cooperative, one must be a professional motorist, owner or co-owner of any passenger share of the D.X. taxi based in Thessaloniki.

. Anyone who participates in another Association that has the same purpose as the present Association and which is based in Thessaloniki cannot become a partner.

. The liability of each partner is limited up to the amount of his Cooperative share.

. Each member has a right to profits according to their consumption.
